Sissan Richardt is an artist and illustrator based in Aarhus, Denmark. 

She creates abstract shapes in bright colors and more figurative works that, at first glance, looks easy and delicious, but there is often a slightly darker underneath behind.

She is fascinated with everything that is hidden behind our pretty facades.

 Her present art print includes an excerpt from the beloved story "The little Prince" by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.

The text says: "My drawing was not a picture of a hat. It was a picture of a boa constrictor digesting an elephant. Then, I drew the inside of the boa constrictor, so that the grownups could see it clearly."
